Nichole S. Pacella

Nichole Pacella is a trial attorney at Bohannon, Rogers & Pacella and specializes in personal injury litigation.  Mrs. Pacella started with the firm in 1984, became an associate in 1997 and later became a partner in 2006.  Mrs. Pacella received her B.A. degree from Florida Atlantic University and her law degree from Nova Southeastern University.

Mrs. Pacella has a varied background and owned her own business as an all lines public insurance adjuster settling and adjusting insurance claims in South Florida.   During that time, Mrs. Pacella also lobbied in Tallahassee in order to protect the rights of Public Adjusters.  Mrs. Pacella also handles the firms insurance disputes and routinely files Personal Injury Protection lawsuits against big insurance companies who wrongfully deny payments to their insureds as well as medical providers.

Nichole Pacella was born and raised in South Florida where she grew up and is married with two children.  Mrs. Pacella is dedicated in supporting and enriching the health, education and welfare of the less fortunate children in Broward County and is an active member of Children’s Opportunity Group.  Mrs. Pacella is also very active with Saint Anthony Catholic School and Church.  Mrs. Pacella’s interests include tennis, skiing, boating, fishing and diving.
